Earlier this year, the commonly accepted provider for document extraction announced the elimination of their legal description tool. The loss of this tool forced law firms to bring the tedious manual extraction of legal descriptions back in-house. In less than 90 days, we went from concept to beta implementation, developing a superior integration solution than its predecessor. 

INTRODUCING GLYPHIC LDE

​Introducing our legal description extraction integration: Glyphic LDE. With Glyphic LDE and CaseMax, you'll save an immense amount of time while reducing error rates to almost zero. The manual process of finding, meticulously transcribing then carefully reviewing the legal description requires anywhere from 5-25 minutes per document depending on the length (which can vary from one sentence to two pages!). With our LDE integration, we take that time to virtually 0 minutes by dropping the automatically extracted legal description text directly into your CaseFile. 

Manually extracting legal descriptions is wearying and prone to errors, especially at higher scales. Fortunately, our servers never tire of the work, have a bad day, or get distracted. While this is a new integration feature for our industry, similar functions within a global investment management firm saw error rates drop from 15% to less than 0.1%. We expect to see comparable results.

• Premium LDE: In addition to the AI, Glyphic's seasoned staff provides you with additional peace of mind through manual review and validation of the extracted text. 

One of the best features of the LDE integration with CaseMax is the pricing model: LDE is transaction-based, with no minimum requirements, at a special CaseMaxster rate. As an added benefit, this fee is passed through on your monthly CaseMax invoice meaning there is no additional contracts or new vendors to manage.
