Completely Automated

Mail is generated from CaseMax and sent to a print/stuff/mail vendor without individual review.

Merged data was validated in CaseMax by an earlier referral review. Tracking is systematic and integrated with CaseMax. |
Mostly Automated – Limited Handling Option

Mail is generated from CaseMax and sent to a print/stuff/mail vendor after individual review. The firm configures what data must be reviewed prior to sending letters to the vendor. Merged data is validated by a reviewer, so processing must wait for the reviewer’s approval.

Postage Included – Postal Imprint

Mail is generated from CaseMax and is mailed from firm’s office using a postal permit to pay for postage.
Data Review options:

BENEFITS Document to be mailed may be merged systematically. The letter is generated with the tracking number without filling out a green card. Postage is deducted from an account as mail is generated to be sent. Does not require a postage machine or stamps.com for postage |
Combination
Firms can use a combination of the services above to meet their unique needs. For example, some letters may be sent completely automated while others require review. Some letters may be sent using a print/stuff/mail vendor while rush letters can be sent from the office.
Updates to the status of the mail piece and the automated addition of budget items occur seamlessly regardless of the option(s) selected.
