PACER/Military Search
PACER:
CourtAPI offers tiered pricing, so you can start searching for as little as $100.00/month. If your firm is already conducting searches through a different application, (and we know many of you are) you don’t have to stop using your current method to start trying the CourtAPI direct integration. CaseMax accommodates firms who wish to carry contracts with both companies.
Initially, our direct integration started with Pacer searches. CaseMax upgraded the Pacer Search Wizard to allow users an explicit choice of vendor, while of course, continuing fully automated searches.

These functions are currently provided in the Pacer integration:
1. Searches by name and last 4 of SSN or full SSN.
2. Searches for businesses using name only.
3. Integration with all Pacers, i.e., national and local.
4. CourtDrive, the parent company, maintains pacer credentials for each client, so we will not be passing these in our transaction.

Military:
Next, we updated the Court API integration to include Military searches with all the features you would expect. You can search for permutations of names and the PII redaction is automatic. The best part is both Pacer and Military searches are transactions on the Court API account tier you first established. There is no need for an additional contract.
