LOAD COLLECTION REFERRALS AND DEBTOR PAYMENTS IN BULK

• Load collection referrals and debtor payments in bulk using workbooks
  • Export the preformatted workbook
  • Provide to client to add the required information     
  • Import several referrals or debtor payments in a single step
• Imported or automated collection and bankruptcy referrals systematically create the casefile like foreclosure referrals

GENERATE BILL DOCUMENTS AND COMPLETE DEADLINES IN BULK

• Save time for mail and email clients that want all bills submitted in a batch
• Select the bills for which bill documents should be generated 
• Merge and download desired bill documents 
• Send a zip file to the client with the selected bills
• Set the bill submission date for all bills in the batch

FANNIE MAE (DRA) CHANGES

• Add delay start and delay events based on the status of the referral
• A hold may be created for each document as it is identified as missing
• As each document is received, the hold for THAT document is completed

SPLIT FEES/COSTS BASED ON MAX RECOVERABLE AMOUNT

• Prevent manual calculations and bill clients more accurately
• Define the maximum recoverable amount for each relevant fee or cost
• The system will split the fee/cost amount if the max recoverable amount is exceeded

ACCOUNTING/BILLING CHANGES

• Import client bill payments in bulk using a workbook
• Track the time spent on a casefile using the timer
• Alert processors when required information is not added prior to billing

MISCELLANEOUS CHANGES

• Print to CaseMax or the CaseMax Server to add images with fewer steps
• Download multiple images from the Images Search Wizard
