RETRY COURTAPI MILITARY SEARCHES

• Set maintenance windows when a recipient cannot accept transactions and/or when the connection is down
• Wait until the maintenance window has ended to send transactions
• Systematically retry military searches from CourtApi when DOD site is working again
• Involve staff only when the expected wait time has passed without a successful response

WORK IN MULTIPLE TIME ZONES

• Handle time zone differences between and within states
• Always know the local time when an activity should be performed
