CUSTOMIZE ACTIONS FOR EACH DOCUMENT TRACKING TYPE

• Configure rules for when each action should apply, i.e. Obtain Document, Send Document for Execution, Record Document, File Document, etc.
  • For example, record the document in Jurisdiction A and file the document in Jurisdiction B or generate the document for Client A and obtain the document from Client B
• See only the applicable fields for each scenario to prevent confusion

REDUCE TIME UPDATING DOCUMENTS

• Reduce time spent manually updating documents when a single entity has multiple associated title exceptions 
• List each Title Exception Entity once in documents or the caption of a document
• Send notifications to each Title Exception Entity at each applicable address without manually removing duplicate entries

SUPPORT ONLINE FORECLOSURE SALES

• Store the URL, meeting id, and passcode for online foreclosure sales 

SUPPORT REDACTION AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION EXTRACT FROM NETDIRECTOR

• Select the vendor that is best for your firm for automated redaction and Legal Description Extract transactions

MISCELLANEOUS CHANGES

• Create new quote types and associate them with document templates to merge
• Create new personal property types to track additional types of property 
• Replace Exchange Web Services to prevent interruption of automated email and calendaring when EWS is retired in October 2026
• Firms using Office 365 must upgrade to the 26.1 release by 10/1/26 
• Improve accuracy when setting the jurisdiction on files by systematically selecting the county or municipality using the zip code
• Request the Bankruptcy Creditor List via CourtApi on demand 
• Attach relevant images to Hearings for quick reference
