​Automated eFiling of Bankruptcy Pleadings:​ The purpose of this session is to review the integration with Provana for Fully Automated eFiling of Bankruptcy pleadings. This is an opportunity to talk with law firms using the integration and with the vendor to understand how this works, how it benefits your firm and the costs.
CaseMax Road Map & Wish List: ​The purpose of this session is to listen to your needs. What enhancements would be the most beneficial to your business.
CaseMax Imaging System: Why might a firm choose to use this instead of PaperWise - Pros and cons, discussion of experiences.
A to Z of CaseMax Mail Services: The purpose of this session is to provide an overview of the ways that CaseMax, HeadLogix and DocuFree can simplify mail services for CaseMax clients. We offer many varieties of "mail" services in CaseMax and we want to clarify what's included in each of these options.
Q&A with CaseMax Integration Partners​: The purpose of this session is for CaseMax clients to have the opportunity to talk directly with the vendors that work with us to save time and prevent errors through automation. We expect many of our vendors to be present to address all of your questions.
Roadblocks to Adoption: We’d like to understand what is stopping clients from using all of the features available in CaseMax.  Our goal is to understand the roadblocks, how other clients have addressed them and what we can do to help.
Customizing CaseMax for Your F​irm: Custom Merge Fields, Title Exception Templates, UI Configurations. How do these work. How do they help.
Technical Q&A with Mike Doerfler​: ​The purpose of this session is to allow your technical team to ask the CaseMax expert all of their, "How can I…" questions.
iClear Invoice Express Batch Creation: Remove the tedium of submitting individual bills manually on iClear by utilizing the new automation to generate the files required to submit bills in bulk via Invoice Express.
How Should Pools Work?: The purpose of this session is to review what all of you need to accomplish when using pools. This will relate back to the questions in the user group about what works well and what doesn't, what is easy to configure, and what is difficult.
HelpIQ Roadmap & Videos: We will be sharing our plans for HelpIQ and showing you one of our new videos. ​
