CaseMax Direct Integration
Direct integration is the CaseMax equivalent of taking a non-stop flight. As we all know, taking a non-stop flight is a lot less frustrating and usually less expensive than a flight with transfers, but airlines continue to offer both options to try to meet as many needs as possible. So too, CaseMax continues to offer integration with a third-party provider while simultaneously working to offer more direct integration options.

With about 40 participants and over 75 transaction types, CaseMax is able to assist firms taking off for the most popular reporting services and vendor data destinations. This illustration shows the transactions available today in CaseMax from Black Knight’s LoanSphere application.

Direct Transactions that save money

about Document Upload:
CaseMax offers document upload directly to LoanSphere as a less expensive alternative to documents loaded using our third-party integration, which charges using a tiered structure based on the number of documents uploaded.
Standard Event completion and document upload may be completed as part of the same step in workflow even though the Standard Event completion is carried out by our third-party partner and the document upload comes directly from CaseMax.

Bill Upload:
Firms that are required to submit bills on Black Knight’s Invoice Management may also upload bills directly. This translates to significant cost savings as the other application charges both for the upload transaction plus an additional fee for each attachment.
The CaseMax direct integration with Black Knight is estimated to cost a firm about half as much while still offering full service. The direct integration with Black Knight handles the submission of bills with attachments, processes the response to bill upload transactions, and notifies the firm in the event an upload transaction fails. Of course, CaseMax continues to support the third-party option.

Most current data from our beta site shows that document upload saves a large firm approximately $2,071 monthly and Bill Upload an additional $1,346. Annually, those averages compound to about $41,000 in savings per year.
